In order to strengthen the Product Marketing Team for our Watches business unit based in Neuchâtel we are recruiting a


 

 

Main Job Objectives

Reporting to the Watch Marketing Director, you lead the marketing product strategy, product management and marketing toolkit creation and deployment for Bulgari jewelry watches,. You manage and mentor a team of 2 people.

Missions

You are responsible for the definition of our jewelry watches portfolio and their corresponding launch package following business opportunities and brand strategy objectives.

You oversee all activities related to ensure worldwide excellence in execution amongst the product portfolio.

In more details you coordinate in a seamless way, a multi-functional internal team of stakeholders; studio design, development, operations, local markets, communication, sales teams, ensuring they support your category priorities.

In parallel, you will be responsible for the product lines evolution, and you will ensure their commercialization in collaboration with Rome HQ, studying competitors and prices.

In term of analysis, you will strongly study your portfolio performance, costs, and margins, as well as go-to market, to propose relevant strong action plans. You will follow in detail your launch performances by market.

You will be also in charge of management and follow-up of your marketing budget.

You mentor and train your team and ensure their performance is in line with company expectations. You develop the required skills of your team members.

Profile

Passionate about high-end jewelry and curious about watches, you have at least 5-7 years marketing experience in a High-End Jewelry Maison, of which at least 3 years in a Product Management position with managerial responsibilities. You have expertise on both high jewelry and stones.

You are a true leader, inspiring passion across your message. With strong interpersonal skills you are federating & bringing people towards your objective. You are also recognized for your talents of project management and you foresee all eventualities and problems.
